Museum jobs:

Exhibit designer. 

Design the displays of art for the public, including any interactive or walk-through elements of the exhibit. They design the layout and setup, figure out where to put art labels, and work with the artist to figure out the best way to display the art. 

A college that offers a good program for this is Corcoran school of the arts and design.
